Zeke Update on Zeke, he has been at the Vets since October 10th getting IV fluids 24/7 hoping his numbers for his kidneys will come down. They did blood work last Wednesday, his numbers came down, but not far enough so the vet & I wanted to give him a little more time getting IV fluids.
They did the blood work this morning, weaning him off of the fluids and we get to bring him home later today around 5.
He has been scared and was hiding but he is now getting used to being there, I say time to bring him home.
We have visited him, at first he is scared, but then he realizes it is us and he is wanting to get loves, lay on my lap, walks around.
He is still not eating much, hope he will eat more when we get him home and he settles down.
It will be a stressful time for us with not knowing how his kidneys will do, right now it will be day by day, we will cherish every day we have him with us, only time will tell. We are not giving up and I will talk to him to not give up either. He needs your prayers and purrs.
Unfortunately we won't be here much still just too much going on with sick furries (3) and me trying to get used to my medication as well.
